Who Are We?
We are a friendly team of parents who meet regularly to organise activities that will provide resources to support student education programmes within Dannevirke South SchoolWe also aim to have some fun amongst all the hard work.
Being part of your SOS provides you with an ideal way to meet other parents from the school and keep up to date with what’s happening at school.Activities we Run:
Gala Day, Raffles, School Canteen, Sausage Sizzles, Calendar Sales.What does the money buy?
Classroom budgets, library books, hall sound system, maths trolleys, winter sports uniforms, swimming transport subsidy, indoor ladder, to name just a few…………But we need your help?
SOS is desperately looking for more parents/caregivers to ‘come on board’ and help with some of the fundraising activities.You may not be one for attending meetings, but you may prefer to sell raffle tickets or add your name to the school canteen roster.
Or, perhaps you would rather donate baking for cake stalls or help organise the annual calendar fundraiser.

Please consider offering your support to some of these worthwhile fundraisers. All our children benefit from the funds raised.
Our committee meetings take place once a month and the dates are always listed in the school newsletter.
